- Preheat the oven to 200C
- Chop or crush garlic finely.
- In small bowl,Add garlic, all of light soy sauce, 2 Tbsp Hoysin sauce, 1 Tbsp sesame oil, all honey and all lemon juice. Mix them well.
- Coat chicken wings with our mixed sauce. Then place your chicken on baking tray or baking dish and into the oven for 30 minutes.
- Check the chicken after 28 minutes whether they are cooked. If you like them to be burned and caramelised, leave them for 30 minutes.
- Take chicken out of oven. Mix 1 Tbsp Hoysin Sauce and 1 Tbsp sesame oil to finish up the dish. Then garnish with sesame seeds, chopped spring onions and coriander leaves.
