  2. Prepare 4 c Beef Broth

  1. Pre heat oven to 350. Combine mushrooms, garlic, melted butter and olive oil together and set aside.
  2. Combine rice, broth and seasonings in large oven safe dish. Cover and bake for 35mins.
  3. Add mushroom mixture to the top of hot broth. Put back into the oven, uncovered. And bake for 35mins
  4. Top with chopped green onions and drizzle with butter. Toss and serve.
