- Prepare Ground beef
- Take Stewed tomatoes
- Get Onion
- Prepare Sour cream

- Prepare (seasonings: chicken bouillon, black pepper, little sugar)
Steps to make Great Gooey Goulash:
- Brown ground beef. Drain excess oil/grease off. Add stewed tomatoes, mushrooms(optional) and cut up unions. Cook until the vegetables are soften. Add a dollop of sour cream and about 1/4 cup of milk and cook about 10 minutes. Then turn heat off
- Preheat oven to 350. In separate pot, bowl some macaroni. When tender, drain excess water and add milk and cheese. Cook approximately 5-7 minutes more. Add this mixture (Mac and cheese) to the meat / vegetable and pour into a baking pan. Cook about 10 more minutes. Then pour into baking pan
- Once in the baking pan, top with shredded cheese. Plus or minus to the amount and type of cheese you prefer. Bake about 20-30 minutes. Serve with corn, salad, garlic bread or whatever sides you choose
