Steps to make Meat pie:
  1. Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl except butter and mix
  2. Add in and incorporate till crumbly
  3. Slowly add water gradually to form a dough
  4. Knead and cover the dough to rest for about 10 min
  5. Heat veg. oil in a pan, stir in ginger and garlic paste till fragnant add minced meat and cook for few minutes. Add blended scotch bonnet, stir fry. Add carrot and potatoes along with seasonings and spices. Add water a little to cook the vegetable. Dissolve flour in water to make a paste. Add to the minced meat stir and cook till it thickens. Remove from heat and allow it to cool down
  6. Divide dough into several balls. Roll it out flat. Use a round cutter to cut a perfect circle
  7. Add the filling to the center. Rub water on the edges and seal
  8. Use a fork to press down
  9. Egg wash the top and Bake in a preheated oven till set
