- Then take two spoonfuls of the mince meat mixture and place it on one half then use the other half to close. Then use your fingers to press down the edges. And the a fork to give it that nice look.
- Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Line the baking tray with foil paper and line the pies.
- Then in a clean bowl break the remain egg, add in some lemon juice(for flavor) and beat.
- Using a pastry brush, rub the egg lemon mix on the pies.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
